We will request your Groupon certificate number (located under the barcode) BEFORE confirming your appointment request.  This number must be submitted to guarantee your appointment.

   We DO NOT provide childcare. Please do not bring anyone to sit and wait while you are in session - we cannot allow this due to liability issues. 

  Certificate covers 1  60 minute THERAPEUTIC massage per appointment :

No Pregnancy Massage

No upgrades

Package of 3 must be used by same person

   New clients will be required to fill out a client intake form.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to do so.

    If you are late- the time will not be adjusted. You will get what is left of your scheduled time as long as you arrive within 30 minutes of your appointment time.

   Cancellations REQUIRES an 8 hour advance notice as stated on certificate.

IMPORTANT EXPIRATION INFORMATION

The promotional expiration is 6 months from purchase date. 

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this expiration date.

The value of certificate (what you paid for it) will never expire but you will be required to present the paper certificate  for redemption if the promotional value has expired. 

The value of $33 or $35 will be good towards a 60 minute therapeutic massage only.
