Swedish style of massage uses a combination of various  movements including friction,effleurage and kneading. This method loosens tense, sore muscles, increases circulation and  improves overall skin and muscle tone.                                     

Modalities that can be incorporated into a Therapeutic Massage are
Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release.

Pressure can range from very light to very firm.

This massage incorporates heated stones to facilitate  a most unique treatment.  As the hot stones glide over the body, heat radiates deeply into the muscles to relieve tension, decrease stress  and provide deep relaxation.

Pregnancy massage focuses on giving the mother-to-be the special attention she needs,
which helps to nurture the new life that is growing within her.
 
This massage is not recommended if you have had problems with the pregnancy, carrying more than one (twins) or if you do not have medical approval.

This massage is different than the traditional massage session.  Orthopedic Massage
targets some of the main chronic pain problems such as:  cervical problems associated
with whiplash, plantar fasciitis, shoulder problems, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel
syndrome and sciatica.  If a regular massage session is not helping alleviate your pain,
you may want to try an orthopedic massage session
